Andres C. Garcia
CTO
Co-founder and CTO. Over twenty-five years in mechanical engineering with a focus on lifting and handling systems, and co-developer of multiple heavy-lift patents. PhD in Material Science and Engineering. Leads patent coordination across multiple jurisdictions and is the primary technical reviewer on engineering deliverables. Director of CLS Wind Group Ltd.
