CLS Wind establishes UK operating company in Edinburgh

CLS Wind has incorporated CLS Wind Group Ltd (Companies House registration SC873164) as the Scottish operating company of the group. The registered office is at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN.

The Scottish entity is the operational base for the group’s European market activity. Initial work includes UK grant-funded development with Scottish Enterprise, the Highlands and Islands Enterprise R&D programme, and engagements with the offshore wind supply chain through ports and fabrication partners.

CLS Wind, Inc. remains the US parent and the holder of group-level intellectual property. The two entities operate under a defined intellectual-property licensing arrangement that reflects the group structure.
